Roasted Lasagna

Ingredient
Lasagna


  • 250 grams of instant Lasagna, read how to sample and follow.

Meat Sauce


  • 500 grams of fresh ground beef
  • 1 large carrot, - roughly chopped
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, orchid, finely chopped
  • 5 large-sized fruit tomatoes, - peel the skin, remove seeds, roughly chopped
  • 170 grams of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of instant chicken / meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of oil to saute
  • 300 ml of water

Cheese Sauce


  • 1000 ml of liquid milk
  • 250 grams of cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Lasagna Sprinkles


  • 250 grams of mozarela, coarse grated

How to Make
Meat Sauce


  • First, saute the garlic and bomb until fragrant (plus carrots).
  • Then add the ground meat / chopped. Stir until the meat changes color.
  • Then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce, mix well.
  • Add powder with pepper, salt, sugar, oregano powder and powder. 
  • Pour water. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Lift. Set aside.

Cheese Sauce


  • First heat the butter until it melts, then add the flour. Mix well.
  • Pour liquid milk slowly while stirring. Take care not to tremble.
  • Apply with pepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt.
  • Finally add grated cheese. Mix well. Cook until thickened with low heat. Lift. Set aside.

Roasted Lasagna


  • First of all Place the meat sauce on a serving plate and then put the lasagna on top, flush it again with meat sauce, then overwrite it with cheese sauce.
  • Then put the lasagna back, then flush it with meat sauce over again with cheese sauce.
  • Next, do it again until it's finished. Last is cheese sauce. Then sprinkle mozarela cheese on top.
  • Finally Bake in the oven at 180°C until cooked for 30 minutes, lift it finished.
